Thanks to all the participants who joined my presentation on customer orientation on February, 7th 2019 at the Swiss Assiciation for Organization  (SGO). I appreciated the thoughtful discussions on how to get specific on customer orientation in management systems, organizations, strategies, innovations and cost structures.
